Special Offer for Ventura County Office of Education Induction Candidates

The Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE), in partnership with Grand Canyon University, is offering a special program to earn a master's degree for VCOE credential program candidates. Individuals who will be completing and obtaining (or have obtained) their clear credentials through the Ventura County General Education Induction Consortium (clear multiple or single subject credentials) or Education Specialist Induction Consortium (clear/level II special ed credentials) are eligible. 

VCOE candidates can receive credit and a special VCOE discounted rate toward one of the following Grand Canyon University programs:

  • Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction (9 credits applied, $376 per unit cost)
  • Master of Arts in Teaching (8 credits applied, 10% discount )
  • Master of Arts in Autism Spectrum Disorders (6 credits applied, 10% discount)
  • Master of Arts in Reading (6 credits applied, 10% discount)
  • Master of Arts in Gifted Education (6 credits applied, 10% discount)
  • Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages - TESOL (6 credits applied, 10% discount)

Grand Canyon University is among the lowest in tuition for online, private universities. All of the above programs are completely online and total costs (tuition, books and fees) are approximately $10,000 (depending on specific program chosen).
