We are pleased that you have taken the time to visit the Phoenix Schools' website. Phoenix is a team of public school educators and behavioral health professionals who provide an academic and therapeutic environment for students and their families. Students, who have exhausted less restrictive settings, will develop self-esteem, self awareness, and coping strategies. They will function as members of a peer group, and will develop realistic academic and community living skills. The ultimate goals of our program are to have students remain with their families, return to their local school district as soon as possible, learn life skills, and progress with their education. An intensive effort by educational staff and clinicians is made to help students acquire the skills necessary to accomplish this goal.
Our hope is that you find our website to be user-friendly, and after your visit, you will have a good idea of all we have to offer. We strive to create an environment where each and every student is given the support and tools necessary to achieve his/her individual success.
All of this is made possible by strong partnerships that are developed with our parents, local school districts and community agencies. As always, if you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
