The primary mission of the Fiscal & Administrative Services Branch is to provide service and support to all VCOE operations as well as the school districts in Ventura County. Our efforts are designed to positively — albeit indirectly — impact student learning through enhanced communications, customer relations, fiscal accountability and economies of scale generated through cooperative and coordinated efforts.

The  Fiscal & Administrative Services Branch engages in a variety of disparate activities which include monthly payroll for over 23,000 employees, Internet service to 200 school sites and dial-up Internet access to over 2,700 individual educators, annual retirement counseling for approximately 1,100 clients, dozens of computer training classes, and credentialing assistance to Ventura County's 5,000 plus teachers.

The  Fiscal & Administrative Services Branch endeavors to be proactive in recognizing the ever changing needs of our educational infrastructure and resultant effect on students, staff and the public. We are dedicated to service, support, and working cooperatively with each other as well as outside agencies in achieving our organizational objectives.
