
Site Visits
The purpose of a site visit is to observe the development and implementation of your after school program and give you the opportunity to reflect and discuss your work and review your practices.
The following activities are expected to take place during our site visit:

Introductory meeting with your program/site director and staff

Discussion of schedule of activities and logistics for the day

Discussion of programmatic components and set-up

Review of site director's record keeping and facility usage

Observation of a curriculum delivery (age-appropriate activities)

Observation of classroom management

Observation of an engaging academic/enrichment activities
-
Opportunity to meet students while engaged in after school activities
-
Closing meeting to provide feedback, ask and answer questions, and discuss any areas that may require follow-up
Attached is the Site Visit form that will be used in observing your program.
