2010-2011 Artist-in-the-Classroom Registration
Please fill out the registration form including three different choices of artists, and make check payable to Ventura County Office of Education. Be sure to select availability for your first, second and third choice of artists!
Forms and payment must be received by VCOE, 5100 Adolfo Road, Camarillo CA 93012 two weeks prior to selected residency.
Residencies may be booked up to two weeks prior to the beginning of each residency. Please remember, artist availability is limited. Therefore to insure the artist of your choice, you are encouraged to register early, Please contact Lerma Hernandez, VCOE, 805 437-1336, for further assistance.
