Angela brings a wealth of experience and expertise from her background as a cross-curriculum/ELD Specialist in Texas, as Coordinator of ELD Services in Oxnard School District, as a trainer of SB472 RLA, SB 472 ELPD, Guided Language Acquisition Delivery (GLAD), and her work with CRLP “Results” and with the New Jersey Writing Project.  Since 2005, Angela has worked as a VCOE Content Specialist providing in-classroom modeling for students kindergarten through high school. She provides assistance to schools by facilitating grade level Data Teams discussions, analyzing the strengths of current literacy programs and helping schools and teachers to develop and deliver strong writing programs. Recognized throughout the state for her leadership in English Language Development and Literacy, she was selected to serve on the state Curriculum, Instruction Steering Committee RLA Leadership Committee.
