K-8 English Language Development
Angela Baxter , Elementary ELD/ Literacy Specialist, Angela brings a wealth of experience and expertise from her background as cross-curriculum/ELD Specialist in Texas, her work with CRLP "Results," service as an AB466 Houghton Mifflin trainer, and involvement with the New Jersey Writing Project.
While in Oxnard, Angela coordinated ELD services, provided professional development, and conducted classroom coaching. Angela teaches university classes in Research in ELD/Literacy. Angela's skills in professional development, coaching, and ELD/Literacy instructional leadership provide schools and districts with an invaluable resource to accelerate student learning.
