Teri Scarpino has extensive experience as a teacher, administrator and Director of the California School Leadership Academy. In July of 2004, Teri began her role as Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Continuous Improvement for the Ventura County Office of Education. Her area of focus is improving student achievement through school and district leadership and school culture.
Working with schools that have highly-challenged student populations, Teri will provide service through leadership coaching, leadership team staff development, and countywide staff development in areas including, but not limited to, data analysis and building professional learning communities.
