Overview
The Quality Education Investment Act (QEIA) was established in 2006 by Senate bill (SB) 1133 for the purpose of providing funds to assist student academic success in underperforming elementary, secondary, and charter schools.
The Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE) is here to assist Ventura County QEIA schools by providing information and resources for understanding, calculating, and completing the required data. We will continue to update this site to provide links to presentations, calculation tools, and worksheets that we believe will be valuable in this process.
