The Facilities department oversees all facilities operations including the planning and oversight of new construction and renovation activities; development of short and long-range plans related to site acquisition and facilities usage; planning and coordinating all deferred maintenance projects and ongoing building and grounds maintenance activities; executing effective property management policies to promote a safe learning/working environment for students, staff and other agencies utilizing VCOE facilities; and promoting county-wide opportunities for districts' staff to share information, problems and solutions in job alike groups.
