The Ventura County Office of Education is a California State Board of Education approved provider for the Administrator Training Program (ATP). The purpose of ATP is the development of effective instructional leaders.
ATP is comprised of three training modules that include class sessions as well as practicum hours. The modules are referred to as:
Module 1
Leadership and Support of Student Instructional Programs
Module 2
Leadership and Management for Instructional Improvement
Module 3
Instructional Technology to Improve Student Performance
ATP as an alternative pathway to fulfilling the requirement for Tier II of the Clear Professional Administrator's Credential.
Fees: $1,500 for Module 1, $750 each for Modules 2 and 3. Districts may be reimbursed through the California Department of Education up to $3,000 per participant.
