This program has been proven to multiply the time principals spend in classrooms monitoring instruction by 500% or more, while simultaneously reducing their workloads by 15-20 hours per week and demonstrating a corresponding rise in student achievement.  By participating in The Breakthrough Coach Program, principals will radically alter their view of their role as a manager while learning how to create breakthrough improvements in their school's critical performance measures.

Participants will learn how to:

- Work a 40-50 hour week, while increasing organizational productivity and efficiency
- Observe classroom insturction for at least two days each week
- Be reenergized in the role of "Instructional Leader"
- Employ best practices for working with the school secretary
- Prepare your organization to produce significant increases in student achievement measures
