T4S is a professional development program designed to assist district and school-based learning teams in advancing student achievement. The professional development presenters for T4S are nationally known experts and leaders in the areas of educational leadership, student achievement, standards-based learning, and accountability.  Their collective expertise provides teachers and school site administrators with the knowledge and tools to ensure continued improvement in their classrooms and schools.  T4S provides a focused and engaging forum for Ventura County educators to learn about research-supported best practices in educational leadership and student achievement.  The Department of Leadership Support Services coordinates and implements a series of T4S sessions each year.    T4S is an integral component of the coordinated professional development program offered by VCOE, and it is the companion professional development series to VIP.  T4S offers school and district learning teams an affordable, focused, on-going, and coordinated professional development program that is grounded in scientifically-based research and designed to improve student achievement.
