VIP is Ventura County's highly respected and longest standing professional development series and support network for school principals, assistant principals and district office educational leaders.  VIP provides a focused and engaging forum for all participants to learn about research-supported best practices in educational leadership and student achievement.  The professional development presenters for VIP are nationally known experts and leaders in the areas of educational leadership, student achievement, standards-based learning, and accountability.  Their collective expertise will provide principals and educational leaders with the knowledge and tools to promote continued improvement at their schools.  The Department of Leadership Support Services coordinates and implements a series of VIP sessions each year.  VIP is correlated with T4S (Teams for Success) – the professional development network for teachers and school-based learning teams.
