This session will provide you with tools and ideas for how to develop a Single Plan that is both a strategic improvement plan and budgeting for your site. Jannelle Kubinec will review how to develop action plans that are realistic and connected to how you staff and operate your schools. It will address how to prioritize objectives and identify the best funding to support such objectives. This workshop will provide guided practice to help you revisit your Single School Plan and look at it with a fresh, action-oriented perspective. This session will be interactive and believe it or not, will make budgeting fun and interesting.
