The Ventura County Office of Education Technology Services Software Development team provides quality software development and support for Local Education Agencies throughout Ventura County.

The team, in collaboration with software vendors, develop software applications, technical and end user training, and technical support.

Some of the many things that we do include:

• Escape Financial, HR, and Payroll  processing for approximately 25,000 people per month.
• Zangle Student Management System - Ventura County Software Consortium encompassing over 95,000 students.  Local Education Agencies (LEA's) have several options including hosting by VCOE.
• Web Development and Hosting - Utilizing a Content Management System (CMS), our team works with local LEA's in an affordable approach to improving communication through web pages.
