Ventura County has a long proud tradition of excellence in the Science Fair having competed at state for the past 64 years and winning many and various state titles over the years.

This is only possible by providing our students with the fairest and highest caliber judging available at the County level. That is why we need you!

SET-UP DAY: Mar. 26th: 2:00 - 7:00 PM

SCIENCE FAIR & STEM EXPO: Mar. 27th
California Lutheran University: Gilbert Arena

Judges Breakfast and Orientation: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Judges Review Projects: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Student Oral Presentations: 10:00 AM – Noon
Lunch Served: Noon – 1:00 PM
Final Judging and Awards Decision - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Cal Lutheran STEM Expo: Noon – 3:00 PM
Project Viewing: Open to the Public: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Project Removal: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
