Ventura County has a long proud tradition of excellence in the Science Fair having competed at state for the past 64 years and winning many and various state titles over the years.

This is only possible by providing our students with the fairest and highest caliber judging available at the County level. That is why we need you!

Location: California Lutheran University: Gilbert Arena: 60 W. Olsen Rd., Thousand Oaks

Set-up Day: March 21
Project Set Up: Noon - 7:00 PM

Judging Day: March 22
Judges’ Breakfast and Orientation: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Judges review projects: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Students Arrive: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Student Oral Presentations: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Lunch Served: Noon – 1:00 PM
Final Judging and Awards Decision - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Cal Lutheran STEM Expo: Noon – 3:00 PM
Project Viewing: Open to the Public: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Project Removal: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
