The Ventura County School Attendance Review Board (SARB) provides consultant services and coordinates activities of local school attendance review boards in meeting the special needs of pupils with school attendance or behavior problems.
Congratulations to all members of the Ventura County SARB! Their tireless work and dedication to improving student attendance, engagement, and connectedness, has resulted in being recognized as a 2026 Model SARB Program by the California Department of Education and the California State SARB!
Schools, communities, and advocates across the nation have successfully taken steps to ensure children are attending school more regularly.
