School Business and Advisory Services

The School Business and Advisory Services (SBAS) department promotes sound fiscal management to districts by providing responsive, technical, financial expertise and advisory services. SBAS has fiscal oversight responsibility including monitoring financial reporting, bid contracts and expenditure review, and disbursement of federal, state, and local funds. Additionally, support and guidance are provided to local educational agencies to assist them with accurate reporting and compliance with pension regulations. Also, the department provides direct user business system support as well as trainings and workshops and system design, testing and integration is provided to school districts.
