Welcome to the Career Education Center

Career Education for High School Students

Career Education Center courses are designed for grade 11 and 12 high school students living in Ventura County.  Course offerings vary by school district, based on grant funding of programs.  Students should check with their individual schools to better understand Career Education offerings available to meet each student's educational plan. Transportation is provided for afternoon classes to the Career Education Centers from many public high school sites in Ventura County.

High School students who would like to register for classes held on our campus during the regular school day should meet with their high school counselor to ensure the class is part of the student's educational plan. Courses are designed to be high-quality CTE programs preparing students for post-secondary studies in career fields and/or to move directly into the workforce.  Courses are not designed to be credit recovery programs.

Students may register for classes directly on our registration portal.
