Shared Services Alliance of Ventura County

The Shared Services Alliance of Ventura County (SSA) is comprised of Child Development Resources (Ventura County's Resource and Referral agency), First 5 Ventura County, and the Ventura County Office of Education. This service alliance aims to support family child care providers (FCCs) by focusing on the "iron triangle" to increase business earnings toward a living wage while maximizing services to families seeking high-quality care, especially for infants and toddlers.

Would you or another Ventura County Family Child Care provider like to:

  • Increase enrollment
  • Save time on administrative tasks
  • Have your own website
  • Collect fees online
  • Receive one-on-one business coaching

If you answered 'yes' to all the above, an exciting new opportunity is available to qualifying Ventura County Family Childcare Providers! First 5 Ventura County and the Ventura County Office of Education have partnered with Wonderschool to offer your business a license and a technology stipend at no cost*. We are accepting interest applications to be placed on a waitlist if additional spaces open.

To be placed on the waitlist, please fill out this Interest Application.

*All Applications will be timestamped (only a limited number of applicants will be accepted).
