Dear Families,

We are thinking about you during these unprecedented times and  hope this finds you and yours well and safe.

You are your child's first and most important teacher. To support you, we are offering a series of learning opportunities that can take place in your home and backyard. These engaging lessons offer your child time to explore, create, think deeply and communicate about content with and without digital resources. The lessons don't require special materials and are designed to invite your child to have fun while learning. We think you'll find that your child is eager to take part in the creative activities that include reading, writing, science, history and social studies, math, art and more. We also think you'll be delighted at all their learning and creativity. As their teacher, we hope you'll enjoy the lessons, too.

The lessons are available below in English and Spanish. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our content specialists Judy Bowers jbowers@vcoe.org and Echo Lee ELee@vcoe.org

Warmly,

Leticia Ramos, Ed. D.
