The Ventura County Office of Education provides the K-12 School Districts in Ventura County with a comprehensive centralized business system. This system includes: general ledger, budgeting, purchasing, fixed asset and inventory, payroll, and personnel subsystems.
The primary role of the Systems Support team is to provide direct support to our clients in the day to day use of the centralized business systems. This includes: ongoing user training, system design, system testing, and system integration. Regularly scheduled webinars and user group meetings are held to discuss important issues relating to the systems.
