Thank you for visiting the Ritchen Preschool program website. Located in the city of Oxnard on the Emile Ritchen Elementary Campus, the staff provides a comprehensive education for preschool age students with disabilities. We work closely with the local school districts to ensure our students receive a quality education that is individualized to their needs. 

The Ritchen preschool provides a safe, caring, and educationally challenging environment for all students. Through professional collaboration, the staff uses research based educational practices to address the unique learning needs of all students. We communicate with parents and care providers to support the home learning environment and to promote generalization of our students’ learning.
