Working in collaboration with Educational Testing Services (ETS) and the other county offices of education in Region 8, VCOE provides support to Ventura County's public school districts on the Standardized Testing and Reporting program (STAR) score report formats, the proper interpretation of the data and technical assistance during testing time.
