The Region 7 Hub, consisting of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties, includes representatives from First 5s, County Offices of Education, Local Planning Councils, Resource and Referral offices, and Quality Counts California (QCC) leads.
The Hub meets a minimum of four times per year to discuss regional quality improvement opportunities and serves as a support mechanism for the linking and leveraging of technical assistance and creating economies of scale.
Through this effort, the Hub seeks to build and maintain each region’s collective capacity to maximize access to the resources, training, and TA needed to achieve local and state QCC goals.
