Ventura County Office of Education - Early Childhood Programs (VCOE-ECP) has curated early childhood inclusion kits for your use. These kits are designed to build program capacity and provide the necessary supports for children with exceptional needs to access inclusive early learning and care settings. In February 2024, kits will be accessible at the following locations:
