Due to the federal government shutdown, CalFresh benefits may be delayed beginning November 1, 2025. On October 31, a federal judge ordered the government to continue funding food stamp programs nationwide, but it's not clear when EBT accounts will be replenished. Information and resources for affected families are provided below. Please be aware that school meal programs are not impacted by the CalFresh funding delays and will continue to operate normally.
