IMPORTANT REMINDERS BEFORE APPLYING

Please review:

• Intro to Patient Care is only accepting applications for rising sophomores and juniors.
• Students (not a parent) must complete the application. A personal statement is requirement within the application as well as an upload of the student's high school transcript.
• Courses available for Spring applications: Intro to Patient Care-Quarter 3, Intro to Patient Care-Quarter 4, Advanced Naval Technologies, Certified Nurse Assistant
• Duplicate or incomplete applications will be disqualified.

Prior to applying, please ensure you have done the following:

• Reviewed the Course Catalog to decide on a program
• Reviewed the Calendar for the program you are applying for
• Reviewed the Bus Schedule if you require transportation
• Received a high school transcript to upload to your application. If applicable, the transcript must include the proof of completed prerequisite.
