- Answer questions requiring interpretation, research, and in-depth knowledge of compliance and regulations pertaining to credentialing.
- Evaluation of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) forms, transcripts, and qualifications/work experience for Charter school credential applicants.
- Assist with certification applications to assure certificated staff obtain credentials appropriate for their teaching assignments.
- Help in resolving misassignment of certificated staff.
- Credential recommendations for Career Technial Education, Adult Education, and Special Subject ROTC instructors
