5th Annual Youth Mental Health Conference
Every year, the Ventura County Office of Education's Comprehensive Health and Prevention Programs Department organizes a conference that includes a range of workshops. These workshops are aimed at addressing various topics, including suicide prevention, mental health support, and resources. The theme for this year's Youth Mental Health Conference (YMHC) is "Refresh, Renew, and Restore - A Winner Within." The YMHC offers Ventura County students a chance to take part in a youth-led and youth-driven conference, where they can join workshops to learn about mental health resources and connect with peers in a safe environment.
