Follow these steps to complete your preliminary application

Pay the DSC Advisement Fee   Obtain Verification of your Work Experience   Complete a Temporary County Certificate (TCC) - Only required for Ventura County teachers   Submit your documentation to VCOE   Pay CTC's Credential Application Fee   Register to the CTE Equivalency Program
