Administrator Induction Program
The Administrator Induction Program is administered by the Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE) for novice administrators who possess a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. Over the two-year program, candidates develop Individualized Induction Plans based on context of their leadership role. Three professional development seminars are offered based on the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL). Candidates receive one-on-one site based leadership coaching by an experienced and trained administrator. Upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements, candidates are recommended for the Clear Administrative Services Credential.
