Follow these steps to complete your preliminary application

STEP 1: Obtain Verification of your Work Experience   STEP 2: Obtain Verification of High School or GED Diploma (or above)   STEP 3: Apply for Certificate of Clearance (COC)   STEP 4: Complete a Temporary County Certificate (TCC) – Only required for Ventura County teachers   STEP 5: Pay the DSC Application Fee   STEP 6: Submit your documentation to VCOE   STEP 7: CTC's Credential Application Fee   STEP 8: Register for the DSC Full-Year Program
