1, 2, 3 Success / VCOE is a California Department of Education (CDE)-approved Supplemental Educational Services (SES) program, operated by the Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE).We provide small-group tutoring at school sites throughout Ventura County for a total of 40 tutoring hours Tutoring is provided by credentialed teachers with additional support provided by university education students and other educators. Services are provided at no cost to parents.
To be eligible to receive Supplemental Education Services and participate in the 1, 2, 3 Success / VCOE program, a student must meet the following requirements:
- Enrollment at a Program Improvement (PI) school, year 2 or higher
- Participate in a free or reduced lunch program
- Meet district eligibility requirements
