The Online Administrator Induction Program, is a job-embedded, CPSEL-aligned, individualized coaching program for recently hired school administrators seeking to clear their Preliminary Administrative Services Credentials. Our team is here to serve you with personalized attention to ensure your success in the program. Upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements, candidates are recommended for the Clear Administrative Services Credential.

Program Features

• Two-year, job-embedded, inquiry-based program, grounded in the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL) leading to a Clear Credential recommendation
• Individualized program for the candidate and the coach that is a combination of: 
  • self-paced online learning
  • online collaboration sessions
• Formative Assessment to support a cycle of inquiry and continuous improvement
• Quality assurance - coaches recevie high-quality training to support the candidate
• Individual counseling and advisement services provided by experienced Acadmic Advisors
